Known as "Miss Unsinkable," Violet Jessop escaped not only the catastrophic sinking of the Titanic in 1912 but also the sinking of the Britannic, the sister ship, in 1916. Interestingly, she was on board the Olympics when there was a crash.

Her incredible three shipwreck survivors have solidified her status as a representation of luck and resiliency in the face of marine misfortunes.
