Poaching eggs can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. To achieve restaurant-quality poached eggs, add a tablespoon of vinegar to a pot of simmering water.
First, crack each egg into a small bowl, then carefully slide it into the water. Cook for around 3 minutes until the egg whites are firm but the yolks are still runny. Use a slotted spoon to remove the eggs and let them drain on a paper towel.
